Company Aim

To safeguard the skill and the family experience in the rice milling process in order to obtain rice with exceptional flavour and taste, like in the old times.

To teach and communicate about rice farming in Moli de Rafalet: farming, hand milling and traditionally packaging, as well as the traditional methods of cooking  our rices by means of guided visits to the  rice museum Molí de Rafelet.

Every visitor is a friend, becoming familiar with our system of work and with the flavour of our rice.
